Privacy note

What happens to your details

Last updated October 26, 2026. This is a plain-language note, not a legal document and not legal advice.

What I collect

If you use the fit check and send your details, I receive what you typed: your name, firm name, work email, an optional phone number, an optional note, and the answers you chose in the fit check (firm size range, years in business, country, and the kinds of records you keep). I also receive the result the check showed you.

What I use it for

I use it to reply to you about a free data value call. The form is sent to me as an email. I don’t sell your details, and I don’t add you to a newsletter. I only contact you about the call because you ticked the consent box.

Who else sees it

The website and form run on Cloudflare, which handles the traffic and delivers the email to me. If you book a call, the booking happens on Cal.com under its own terms and privacy policy. If you later apply to Mode or micro1, that is a separate relationship with them, under their terms. They are independent companies; Keystone Data Partners is not part of either.

Please don’t send records through this site

The form is for contact details only. Don’t paste client information, financial records or documents into it. Whether your firm can share any records with anyone is a question for your own legal or compliance advisor.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Asking me to delete your details

If you’d like your details deleted, reply to any email I’ve sent you and say so, or mention it when you book a call:book a free call.
